Thomas O’Donovan moved to Maine in 1981 to open his first studio and gallery in Camden. Today, O’Donovan continues to provide the vision as artistic director of Harbor Square Gallery, while crafting and designing his signature pieces in his goldsmith studio. He lives in the Maine woods with his Golden Retriever, Sophie.

It has been said that the spiral is the signature of God. From shells on the beach and the shape of galaxies, to a molecule of DNA, this simple form pervades creation. On either side of the human face, nothing to me has ever seemed so comfortable, so much at home.
